Acne Free Contest Regulations

• Open to Legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada.
• Must be 18 years or older to enter.
• No purchase required for entry into this sweepstakes.
• Must enter sweepstakes by providing email address in required form.
• By providing email address you consent to receiving future communication from AcneFree, LLC or any of its subsidiaries in the form of marketing materials or surveys
• By entering, entrants further grant Sponsor the irrevocable right and permission to use, separately or together, their first name, first initial of last name, city and state, in whole or in part, on the internet and in all media now known or hereinafter developed, in perpetuity throughout the world, for all purposes, including advertising and promotional purposes related to the Promotion.
• Entrants agree that the rights granted to Sponsor in these Official Rules are without compensation or attribution of any kind.

Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on Friday November 27th, 2020 and ends 11:59 PM on Monday November 30th, 2020
All entries must be made between 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on Friday November 27th, 2020 and ends 11:59 PM on Monday November 30th, 2020.

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing by AcneFree, LLC on or about December 4th, 2020 from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period.
Entrants assume all risk of late, misdirected, incomplete, or incorrect or mistaken entries
One entry per household
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion
Potential winner will be notified via phone, email and/or mail and will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and any other documents required by Sponsor, which must be returned within five (5) business days of date appearing on prize notification.

Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable, failure to sign and return requested documentation within the specified time period, winner declining the prize for any reason prior to award, the inability of Sponsor to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, or noncompliance with these Official Rules by potential winner will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries Sponsor not responsible for any damages associated with prizes received from this sweepstakes. All winners agree to hold AcneFree, LLC and any of its subsidiaries harmless from any damages associated with said prizes in perpetuity

Prizes: 10 winners will select either a Skincare Refrigerator or Toiletry Case; both with select AcneFree products.
Each winner is only eligible for no more than one prize
