SCHOOL’S OUT GIVEAWAY

GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION:

“School’s Out” (“Giveaway”) will begin on Thursday 12:00 pm EST, Jun 1st, 2023, and end on Friday 4:59 pm Est, June 9th, 2023 (“Giveaway Period”). This Giveaway will be conducted exclusively through AcneFree, LLC Website & Social Media Platforms. Five (5) winners will be randomly selected and contacted via DM on Monday, June 12^th, 2023 and receive AcneFree product.

HOW TO ENTER / EXECUTION:

Followers of AcneFree, LLC (“AcneFree, LLC.”) who are legal residents of the United States and District of Colombia and are 18 years age and older will be able to take part in this Giveaway. To participate in the Giveaway, followers must do the following:

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

• Giveaway participants must have their own Instagram account to participate in this giveaway.  
• Follow @acnefree on Instagram
• Submissions must include the hashtags #Schoolsoutbundle and #AFsummer… in the caption of your post. To participate in this campaign, you must have an active and public Instagram account. Participants may enter the campaign only once.
• All entries must be received by 4:59 pm EST, Monday, June 9th, 2023 or they will be void.
• Only one submission per person will be accepted during the Giveaway Period.
• The #Schoolsoutbundle Winner will be asked to confirm their Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address, City & State and Mailing Address.
• Any registration information and/or submissions provided by participants for purposes of this Giveaway will be disclosed to AcneFree, LLC. (“Company”), and not to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Twitter.
• This Giveaway is in no way sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Twitter.
• All decisions made by AcneFree, LLC. management regarding any aspect of this Giveaway are final.

FURTHER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Submissions must not infringe upon any rights of any third party including without limitation, copyright, trademark and right of publicity or privacy. • Entry must not contain: derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual or religious groups, humiliate other people (publicly or otherwise), or otherwise assault or threaten others.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:

• The Giveaway is open to Followers of AcneFree who are 18 years of age and older and are legal residents of the United States and District of Colombia. 
• Employees of AcneFree, LLC., its subsidiaries, affiliates, general sponsors, advertisers, competitors, promotional partners, and members of the immediate families or those immediate family members mean spouses, parents, grandparents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses. 
• Participants may only win once during this Giveaway. 
• Persons who have won a prize in another Giveaway/Contest or promotion of any kind from AcneFree, LLC. within the six (6) month period immediately preceding the start date of this Giveaway are not eligible to participate. Only one person per family or household (whether related or not) may win in any promotion from AcneFree, LLC. during any six (6) month period.

PRIZES:

• Five (5) winners will be awarded the following Prize elements: a. Terminator 10, b. BPO Wash, c. Body Spray, d. Sulfur Mask
• Dates and times of receiving prizes promoted by Giveaway sponsors are subject to change and those changes that are deemed to be beyond the control of AcneFree, LLC. 
• Prizes will be awarded only upon winner verification and final approval by AcneFree, LLC.
• Products will be mailed mid-June, 2023 upon verification and approval by AcneFree, LLC.  
• No substitution of Prize is offered, no transfer of Prize to a third party is permitted and non-cash Prizes may not be redeemed for cash value.
• All Contest winners must sign and date official AcneFree, LLC. release and waiver forms as requested. Failure to do so will result in the winner forfeiting the Prize.
• If for any reason a Giveaway winner decides not to accept the Prize awarded, the winner will be required to sign a release form acknowledging forfeiture of the Prize. 
• Giveaway administrator of another entrant is to be selected as the winner if time permits.  
• In the event any winner is found to violate these Official Rules or is otherwise determined by AcneFree, LLC., in its sole discretion to be ineligible, he/she may be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse AcneFree, LLC and/or any sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such a violation is found after the prize has been used by winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with the receipt of the Prize.
• No purchase necessary Giveaway is void where prohibited. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. 
• Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entrants participating during the Giveaway Period.
• By participating in the Giveaway, the winner agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Giveaway, in any media now known or hereafter devised for advertising or promotional purposes without additional compensation in perpetuity, forever and for all time. By entering this Giveaway, each participant agrees to comply with the Official Rules and the decisions of the Giveaway sponsor which shall be final and binding in all aspects relating to the Giveaway.     
• AcneFree, LLC. retains the right to disqualify any entrant, if all Giveaway rules are not followed. Giveaway void, if prohibited by law.
• So long as no participant is materially adversely affected, AcneFree, LLC. reserves the right to make changes in these Giveaway rules, which will become effective upon being announced online.
• AcneFree, LLC., participating sponsors and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates or their representatives, agents and employees are not responsible for the inability of any entrant to complete or continue a telephone call, internet registration or text entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, including any injury or damage to any computer arising from or relating to participation in this Contest. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries and may subject that entrant to disqualification.  
• By accepting the Prize, the Winner acknowledges that AcneFree, LLC. Has neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact, or law, relative to the prize or any portion thereof, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
• AcneFree, LLC., its subsidiaries, its affiliates, participating sponsors and promotional partners will not assume any responsibility for any changes in the execution of the Giveaway, including; cancellation of the Giveaway as a result of the occurrence of events, not within the control of AcneFree, LLC., the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, participating sponsors, promotional partners, such as acts of God, strikes, terrorists acts or criminal acts of third parties. In the event, such an act should occur, AcneFree, LLC. may in its sole discretion, offer the winner comparable prize(s) currently being offered by AcneFree, LLC. in place of the Prize originally awarded.
• If for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, any suspected evidence of tampering or technological corruption or if any portion of the Giveaway is compromised by virus, bugs, worms or unauthorized human intervention, fraud, an insufficient number of qualified Giveaway entries, or any other causes beyond AcneFree, LLC’s, control which, in AcneFree, LLC’s sole opinion, corrupts, threatens or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, AcneFree, LLC. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway at their sole discretion.
