What is the recommended usage?

Use every morning and evening. All items may be used on the affected area (face, chest, or back) one or two times daily. While using the toner use a cotton pad, avoiding the eye are to apply to the entire area. A thin layer of the lotion can be applied after the toner in the morning and evening to rehydrate skin.
